Publishers interested in sponsoring a speaker please email marissa@sswmeetings.com with the following:

Speaker name/contact and short bio

Description of proposed session

Availability of speaker 

If the proposed speaker is accepted, VSRA is pleased to acknowledge the publisher in the conference program in both the speaker bio and in the agenda within the session listing. 

 If you are interested in becoming a conference sponsor, VSRA will provide you with a $1,000 off per approved sponsored speaker from the top two sponsorship packages or value spend.  If interested in additional information please email lisaa@sswmeetings.com.
