Cathy Collier was an educator with more than 30 years in Chesapeake Public Schools in Virginia. She is a reading specialist, author, and educational consultant. Cathy graduated from Longwood College with a BS degree in special education. She earned her MS degree in education from Old Dominion University. Cathy is a presenter and speaker at educational conferences around the country. She currently resides in Virginia.
