Kristyn Schmidt is a Project Coordinator and Systems Coach with VDOE TTAC at Radford University. Her experience in public education includes 17 years teaching students with disabilities at the elementary and middle school levels and 13 years as an elementary building administrator. Kristyn loved teaching reading to struggling students and continues to utilize her skills to tutor students today. As an administrator, she was intentional in creating schedules and systems that ensured students received effective reading instruction.
