LAUREN
CATHERWOOD-GINN
Project Coordinator | Radford University (T/TAC)
Lauren Catherwood-Ginn spent the early years of her career as a Kindergarten and first-grade teacher in Brooklyn, NY. It was in those years that she fell in love with literacy instruction and learned just how challenging it was to implement well! Lauren later moved to Virginia to earn her doctorate in elementary literacy at Virginia Tech. She decided Virginia was home and has been honored to work for the Radford University TTAC for over a decade, supporting Virginia teachers in making an instructional match for students with and without disabilities who struggle with reading.
